Naturis is committed to protecting your data. This policy explains how we handle information when you use check‑in/out, attendance, leave management and other features. We keep it transparent and secure.
1. Information we collect
To power app functions, we may collect:
- Internet access — to sync attendance, leaves and real‑time updates with secure servers.
- Employee identifiers — name, employee ID, department (stored securely).
2. How we use your data
Your data is used exclusively for app operations:
- Check‑in / Check‑out: GPS coordinates confirm you’re at the worksite; timestamps are recorded.
- Attendance & leave: track working hours, overtime, and leave balances.
- Reporting: generate anonymized attendance stats for HR.
We never sell your data. No third‑party ads — the AD_ID permission is explicitly removed.
3. Data sharing & security
We implement industry‑standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for all data in transit. Access is limited to authorised HR personnel and system admins.
- No sharing with external advertisers or data brokers.
- Aggregated, non‑identifiable reports may be used for improving the service.
- You can request data deletion by contacting your HR admin.

5. Your choices & retention
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Attendance records are kept as long as required by labor regulations or your company policy.
